There are 5 different courses, each one teaching you 4 different dishes. You’ll prepare them, then enjoy eating them. You’ll also receive a complimentary recipe book before you leave so that you can always practice cooking the dishes you prepare with Pai Cookery.
In the Red Course, you’ll learn to cook Red Curry Paste, Red Curry with Pork, Pad Thai, and Stir Fry Mix Vegetables. The Green Course teaches you how to cook Green Curry Paste, Green Curry with Chicken, Stir Fried Chicken Holy Basil, and Stir-Fried Sweet and Sour Sauce. In the Yellow Course, you’ll make Yellow Curry Paste, Yellow Curry with Chicken, Thai Fried Rice, and Stir Fried Chicken and Cashew Nut.
The Massaman Course teaches you how to make Massaman Curry Paste, Massaman Curry with Chicken, Coconut Soup with Chicken, and Stir-Fried Pork in Oyster Sauce. One of the favorite courses is the Spring Roll Course, where you will learn how to make Spring Rolls as well as Panang Curry Paste, Panang Curry with Chicken, and Stir-Fried Pork in Oyster Sauce.
